The Vice President of Rockfon Sales, North America, will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals within the North American region. This strategic leadership role requires a proven track record of driving sales growth, building high-performance teams, and establishing strong customer relationships. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align sales objectives with overall business goals.   • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the North American region in alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Drive the development of sales pipelines, ensuring consistent and measurable progress toward revenue goals.
  • Implement effective sales processes and methodologies to maximize sales efficiency and productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure a customer-centric approach throughout the sales process to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to executive leadership on sales progress and forecasts.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to business objectives.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business strategy into sales action plans.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities, with a focus on developing and motivating high-performance sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key customers and partners.
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction and/or architectural market and trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
