Waking Nightshift Autism Practitioners (Nightshift Support Worker)New Struan School, Alloa£12.49 – £13.33 per hour / £24,035- £25,650 (pro rata)Full & Part Time Positions AvailableReference: SA 731Join our passionate team within New Struan Residence as a Nightshift Autism Practitioner. Supporting autistic people within their own homes, you’ll work closely with them, their families, and the wider team to create a relaxed and supportive environment that prioritises their safety and well-being while promoting rest and comfort. New Struan residence currently support 11 young people between the ages of 10-18 years old. The support packages vary from 52-week placements to respite services.ExperienceExperience in social care is desirable but not essential—we’re looking for individuals who share our core values: Collaboration, Compassion, Change Makers, and Contribution.Comprehensive autism-specific training is provided.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalised support plans.
- Build positive relationships with young people, their families and the wider team.
- Collaborate with the young people, families, health professionals, and stakeholders to support the young person’s goals and aspirations.
