Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact toward our military defense and safety of our airmen by discovering your new role supporting this critical mission.Join our team supporting the United States Air Force Central Command (USAFCENT) is the Air Force Service Component of United States Central Command (USCENTCOM), a joint Department of Defense combatant command responsible for U.S. security interests in 27 nations that stretch from the Horn of Africa through the Persian Gulf region, into Central Asia. This position supports 9 AF AFCENT Logistics Directorate (A4).As the War Readiness Material Program analyst, you will provide advice and assistance to the War Readiness Material Officer (WRMO) in managing the WRM program. This includes providing continuous analysis and advice to the WRMO on reconstitution and production programs, analyzing specific reconstitution of the exercise/contingency assets and reporting to USAFCENT/A4 on their return to Mission Capable status.In this role you will:
- Assist in analyzing and establishing production and reconstitution goals of WRM assets.
- Monitor and analyze asset allowance standards and projected pipeline assets for proper distribution throughout the WRM sites. Monitoring includes the use of the WRM contractor’s data management system and USAF Supply System.
- Provide USAFCENT/A4 analytical assistance in managing WRM contract between the contractor and Acquisition Management Integration Center (AMIC).
- Analyze and manipulate data to accurately reflect USAFCENT Basic Expeditionary Airfield Resources (BEAR) capabilities.
- Provide expertise on analyzing initial requirements and capabilities for AEF Reporting Tool (ART) and Status of Resources and Training System Reporting (SORTS).
- Manage ART program for A4 and ensures all functionals maintain current data.
- Submit monthly ART and SORTS data/reports to ACC/A4R.
QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will have:
- An active Secret Clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Three (3) years’ experience with the Enterprise Solution-Supply (ES-S) systems. Have a broad understanding of the USAF Supply System and demonstrate the ability to utilize the systems for inventory coordination and management.
- One (1) year experience administering and reporting Status of Resource and Training System (SORTS) and AEF Reporting Tool (ART).
- Experience within the last five (5) years with BEAR UTC’s and their utilization as it relates to determining contingency requirements.
- Experience within the last five (5) years working with the Air Combat Command (ACC) and 635th SCOW BEAR allowance/authorization and acquisition process.
- Ability to travel 25% as requested.
