Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 hours per shift
Allowances: Additional premiums and allowances are associated with this position due to location
Safety Sensitive: Yes- drug & alcohol testing, physical demand fit testing, RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5-year provincial driving record will be required
Relocation: This position does not offer relocationKey Job Responsibilities
- Processing orders through a computerized inventory system
- Shipping, receiving and tracking of parts
- Forklift Operations
- Housekeeping and warehouse maintenance
- Providing after hours On Call service, including entering stock transport orders for Canada and the US
- Cycle Counting
- Filing incoming & outgoing paperwork
- Proper storage and organization of incoming part components
- Entering Quality Notifications
- Required to backfill shipper receiver at another mine site out of province a few weeks out of the year
Qualifications/Requirements
- Good written and oral communication skills in English. Additional communication skills in French would be considered an asset
- Previous experience in warehousing
- Able to lift up to 10kgs safely
- MS word and Excel proficiency. Experience with SAP considered an asset
- Good organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Forklift certification
- Wheel loader operation is considered an asset
