Recruitment criteria:
| Qualification/Degree: | Degree in hydraulics or civil engineering – experience in project management |
| Professional Experience | 5 years of professional experience minimum on an identical or relevant position at managerial level preferred with water, sanitation and hygiene project management experience, and team management experience |
| Technical/Specialized Skills | Project management capacity – Ability to analyse and synthesize – Capacity to supervise a team – Capacity to follow big contract and construction company – Organizational qualities – Diplomacy – Good relations with people – Flexibility – Dynamism. |
| General Skills

Rigorous but Flexible – Very Good Organization Skills – Integrity – Sense of Confidentiality and Discretion – Proactive and Autonomous -Good Team Spirit – Capacity to manage large quantities of information – Good Communicator – Able to Deliver Accurate information and messages. |
| Managerial Skills

Team Supervision Experience: Able to supervise, plan activities and set priorities |
| Language Skills | English: Fluent spoken & written
Arabic: Fluent spoken & written (mandatory) Kurdish: Considered a strong asset |
| IT Skills | Excellent with MS office (Word, Excel, PPT & Outlook)
Excellent Software and Hardware Skills Be able to fix IT issues for the Base teams members Very Good IT knowledge and Know How – Very Good Teaching Skills in order to provide IT/Software Explanations |
