(PDF, 138.66kb)More detailsWe are looking for a dynamic and driven individual with a can-do attitude to join our Sustainability Team, working within the Estates department to maintain and upgrade our existing estate to adapt and tackle the challenges of the climate and environmental emergency.Your role will be fundamental to delivering improvements in sustainability and waste management across the organisation, so it is essential you are passionate about tackling sustainability challenges, and a positive problem solver. The role will include the development of a waste and recycling strategy, and management of complex waste operations, so you will need to have experience of waste management in a context similar to RBG Kew. We are looking for someone with a drive for delivering positive change, good time management skills, and an eye for detail.This is an exciting opportunity to join Kew’s Sustainability team, and the post-holder will drive forwards delivery in a highly scrutinised area of sustainability at Kew.This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.The Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew (RBG Kew) is a leading plant science institute, UNESCO World Heritage Site, and major visitor attraction.
