Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant – Full TimeVision for Education is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Welsh-speaking Teaching Assistants to work in Welsh medium schools across Rhondda Cynon Taf. If you’re passionate about education and fluent in Welsh, this could be the perfect role for you!About the Role:In this hands-on role, you’ll be supporting students across both primary and secondary levels, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your contribution will make a real difference to students’ academic journeys.Key Responsibilities:

• Help students stay engaged and motivated in their learning.
• Work closely with teachers to manage the classroom and prepare for daily lessons.
• Provide focused attention to students in small groups or on a one-to-one basis.
• Assist with basic tasks that help the school day run smoothly.
• Support and promote the school’s policies and values.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Welsh is essential for the role.
• Anenthusiastic, positive attitude and a genuine interest in supporting students.
• Good Educational Background
• Able to use technology effectively in the classroom.
• Previous experience working with children is a bonus, but not required.
