WFWI – Hotel Service Framework Agreement

Women for Women International is seeking a hotel to establish a framework agreement until December 31, 2025, for events and training. We kindly request you to submit the following documents in a sealed envelope:

Required Documents:

• Tax Clearance Certificate
• Hotel Registration Certificate
• Request for Quotation (RFQ)

Recommended Supporting Documents:

• Work experience with other NGOs
• Pictures of meals, coffee breaks, and rooms
• Any additional relevant documents that may support the evaluation process

Submission Details:

Deadline: February 9, 2025, before 10:00 AM
