The student assistant position is within the Office of Legal Affairs providing support to the Department and the office staff overall.
- Greet and assist visitors with inquiries
- Filing and organizing
- Help with setups for the events (i.e., unlocking doors, etc.)
- Maintain websites and social media platforms
- Respond to telephone/email/mail inquiries daily
- Distribute documents between offices
- Other duties as assigned
Experience with Filing Documents, Microsoft Excel, and social media is preferred.
The salary is 10.00 per hour. This position will work up to 19 hours per week.
