As a member of the HRT Workday team, you will work on client-facing projects focused on transforming the HR function through the delivery of enabling technology. Our clients work with us because of our proven capability across organisational design, new HR technology deployments, and HR Service Delivery Models. We believe successful transformation and change is only possible when these elements are viewed holistically and are therefore seeking new members of the HRT Workday team who can work across both the functional and technical aspects of our projects and contribute towards the end-to-end HR Transformation ambitions of our clients.Specific Responsibilities:
- Leading Workday functional module solutions for complex projects, ensuring best practice, quality, and fit-for-purpose outcomes.
- Leading functional design and delivery activity for a functional area of Workday in collaboration with the client.
- Translating functional and technical requirements into sustainable Workday solutions.
- Providing expert insight into the Workday platform, associated enterprise technologies, and roadmap.
- Developing strong client relationships through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Preparing high-quality deliverables such as documents and presentations to present client recommendations.
- Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
- Assisting with business development by actively contributing to proposals and bids.
- Contributing to the development of new HR propositions to support our clients and grow our business.
- Actively involved in the running of the practice.
About you
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and varied environment.
- Experience in applying design thinking, user experience, and customer-centric design.
- Proven experience working on end-to-end service delivery implementations.
- Proficiency in all phases of the development lifecycle and understanding of development practices.
- Experience in leading the functional design for a Workday module.
- Knowledge of integrating Workday modules into an HRIT landscape.
Not Essential but Preferred Experience, Skills and Certifications
- Workday certification in modules such as HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Advanced Reporting, Talent & Performance, Recruitment, Time tracking, Absence
- Project Management / Scrum certification.
