Job Description:About the Role:Grade Level (for internal use): 10About the Role:As a Workday Integration Developer, you will join our team to design, develop and test various types of Workday integrations. The role requires interaction with other internal (Finance, HR, IT and Payroll) and external team members, responding to requests and providing integrated solutions. We value results, encourage teamwork and embrace change.Responsibilities and Impact:Develop and test integrations within the Workday architectureReview and translate business specifications and change requests into requirements and technical specificationsUnderstand and follow defined integration/development standards and best practicesLeverage Agile framework principles and follow project methodologiesUnderstand and ensure data security, privacy and data quality in integrations is maintainedWhat We’re Looking For:Basic Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in relevant technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering, or related technical discipline) or equivalent combination of training and work experience3 to 5 years of experience as Workday Integration DeveloperAbility to collaborate with business and technology teams to create practical, robust and scalable solutions meeting the business and technology goalsWorkday certification is a plusAdditional Preferred Qualifications:Strong understanding of Workday modules especially Core HR, Recruiting, Time and Absence, Payroll, Business Processes, Organizational Hierarchies and Integrations SecurityExperience working with Workday Payroll in-house and/or Workday solutions integrated with third party payroll providers. PECI/PICOF experience is preferredExperience developing Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Advanced Custom Reports and Document Transforms) is mandatoryExperience in building integrations using Workday Web services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards)Experience working in XML, XSLT, Workday Custom Reports and Workday Custom Objects, BIRTWhat’s In It For You?Our Purpose:Progress is not a self-starter.
