As part of our Marketing Technology team, you’ll play a pivotal role in configuring and optimising Workfront instances for multiple customers. Join us as we collaborate, innovate, and drive success together.The Opportunity:
As a Principal Workfront Consultant, you’ll work closely with our Project Manager to build tailored solutions based on customer requirements. Your expertise in Workfront administration, object relationships, and third-party software integrations will be crucial.Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Design and Configure: Drive the design and configuration of customer Workfront instances, ensuring seamless functionality
  • Customer Collaboration: Review, analyse, and challenge customer requirements during discovery and design sessions
  • Enterprise-Grade Integrations: Lead technical discussions and produce documentation for integrations that elevate our services
  • Problem Solving: Tackle technical issues head-on, providing validated solutions
  • Risk Management: Identify and communicate project risks
  • Customer Satisfaction: Respond to gaps or needs within scope, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Timely Delivery: Deliver on assigned tasks within agreed-upon timelines
  • Multi-Tasking: Work on multiple Workfront instances concurrently

When you’re not leading client deliveries you’ll be active participant in our growing global Workfront practice. Helping share knowledge so we continually refine our go to market messaging, client solutions and delivery practices.QualificationsWhat we are looking for in you

  • Experience: Previous experience configuring or delivering Workfront is vital
  • Communication Skills: Superb communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Problem Solver: Ability to handle customer issues (internal and external) and suggest effective resolutions
  • Business Acumen: Understand customer business processes and critical success factors to deliver impactful solutions
  • Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills, both written and oral
  • Flexibility: Most work will be remote, but you should be willing to travel up to 30% for projects
