As part of the service team, you will report to the Service Operations Manager.Your responsibilities are:
- Servicing and maintenance on customer machines.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on equipment.
- Carry out PDI and commissioning of new equipment.
- Identify required parts to effect repairs.
- Complete admin tasks including hours recording and Job Reports.
- Goods in and Receivable administration.
To succeed, you need:
- Experience with servicing construction equipment, examples include Air Compressors, Generators, De-watering Pumps, Light towers, Handhelds tools and Breakers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with our teams and external partners.
- Live within commutable distance of Hemel Hempstead
- PC literate.
- Enthusiastic and passionate, but you still work systematically and are focusing on delivering quality and results.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
- You must have the valid right to work in the UK in order to be considered for this role.
