As part of the service team, you will report to the Service Operations Manager.Your responsibilities are:

• Servicing and maintenance on customer machines.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults on equipment.
• Carry out PDI and commissioning of new equipment.
• Identify required parts to effect repairs.
• Complete admin tasks including hours recording and Job Reports.
• Goods in and Receivable administration.

To succeed, you need:

• Experience with servicing construction equipment, examples include Air Compressors, Generators, De-watering Pumps, Light towers, Handhelds tools and Breakers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with our teams and external partners.
• Live within commutable distance of Hemel Hempstead
• PC literate.
• Enthusiastic and passionate, but you still work systematically and are focusing on delivering quality and results.
• Fluent in English, spoken and written.
• You must have the valid right to work in the UK in order to be considered for this role.
