Job Title: Workshop SupervisorSalary: £42,000 – £48,000 per annumLocation: AberdeenHours: Monday – Friday, Day ShiftAre you an experienced heavy plant professional looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a dedicated Workshop Supervisor to join our team and take on a key leadership role in our depot. This position offers an amazing opportunity for development and growth within the company.Workshop Supervisor Responsibilities:
– Routine maintenance of range of plant machinery, pumps and generators
– Supporting a team of engineers
– Support the depot manager by handling administrative duties, including scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.
– Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency in the depot.Workshop Supervisor Qualifications:
– A full UK Driving licence
– Proven experience in heavy plant maintenance and repair.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support junior engineers.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills.
– Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the plant industry.
