- Job Summary

The position is critical to the safe and efficient operation of aircraft with the aviation department. This position assists in aircraft maintenance, aircraft positioning, aircraft cleaning, and the safety of securing all aircraft for daily flight operations. The Lab Assistant provides support at the campus in cleaning the hangar and floors, assists with operational flight events, monitors the Aircraft Condition Records for aircraft maintenance and assists in updating the FAA required Garmin data updates for the airplanes. This position is similar to what Fixed-Based-Operators would call “Line-Service Technician” on the flight-line.
Please note that you must be a TCC student with federal workstudy funds to be eligible for this position. - Minimum Qualifications
