Job description
We are seeking dedicated and skilled X-Ray Technologists (Rad Techs) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring high-quality images, and providing exceptional patient care. Specialties may include general radiography, fluoroscopy, operating room imaging, and more.Key Responsibilities:Perform diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.Position patients correctly and ensure their safety and comfort during imaging procedures.Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and image quality.Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare team members to deliver accurate and timely results.Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to radiation safety protocols.Qualifications:Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification or equivalent.State licensure as requiredExperience in a clinical setting preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.Strong attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.Other:
