Job descriptionProspero Teaching is looking for a motivated and resilient Youth Worker to support students in an laternative provision in Bolton.The provision caters for students with some or several of the following
an Educational Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
PTSD or other Trauma
LAC
SEMH or behaviour difficultiesThe position is open to all experienced those you have a background in youth work, sports coaching, support work or have any other experience of mentoring children and young adults. Depending on performance the school would look at either extending the contract or offering a permanent position.CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILSLocation Bolton

Hours 8am 4pm : Mon FriEXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience in a similar setting
LEVEL 3 Teaching Assistant/or equivalent and above is preferable
GCSE Maths and English and Computer literate
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
Up to date prevent awareness training issued in the last 3 years
Up to date FGM & behaviour management trainingTO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
