Location: North London Salary: £80-£100 per day (depending on experience) Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time Only Are you a dedicated and passionate Youth Worker looking to transition into education? We are recruiting Youth Workers who are ready to take the next step in their careers as SEN Teaching Assistants (TAs) in schools across North London. About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH). Help adapt lessons and activities to meet individual learning needs. Assist with classroom management and encourage positive behaviour. Build strong, trusting relationships with students and staff. What We’re Looking For Experience working with young people, ideally as a Youth Worker, mentor, or in a similar role. A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with SEN. Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills. A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges. DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
