Do you want to be part of this great family?📝Some details about your departmentThe Corporate Finance team serves as a trusted advisor to the company, informing and guiding critical C-level decisions through insightful analyses & thought partnership. We are looking for a bright, driven individual who will succeed in a fast-paced environment and support our team in making sound recommendations that will allow the company to scale.Reporting to the CEO, this is a highly visible and key leadership role that is cross-functional in nature and requires collaboration across all Finance, Operations & Strategy functional teams. You will lead a powerhouse team of two/three professionals that will lead long term finance projects, relationships with debt providers, ; present key Operating & Financial metrics to various executive team members; collaborate on the monthly forecasting process; take on high-profile strategic projects for the CEO, and other key decision-makers.🎯 What we’d like you to doYou will have to design and prepare management reports, through the consolidation of the information obtained from the different areas and subsidiaries
Dashboards, reporting, bank reconciliations, customer billing, SII management, accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
Collaboration in the implementation of SAP in the group’s subsidiaries..
Administrative operations and internal and external client management. Closure of billing with customers
Administrative operations and incident management with clients and suppliers.
Control and registration of supplier invoice🔊 What we’d like you to bringPrevious experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik…)
Used to working with SAP FI
Advanced proficiency in Excel adn Office and proven organizational skills and analytical capabilities.
Capable to manage and organize the documentation, as well as coordinate with the different departments.
You have the capacity for methodical work and organizational skills.
You have a dynamic and proactive attitude and have interest or knowledge in the Digital Marketing and Data field.
At least 2 years of profesional experience
