We are a dynamic and growing organization located in the heart of Ville Saint-Laurent, and we’re seeking an Assistant Controller to join our energetic finance team.As our Assistant Controller, you’ll play a key role in the financial operations of the company.Your responsibilities will include:– Performing month-end closings
– Preparing and posting journal entries
– Conducting bank reconciliations
– Completing and submitting GST/QST reports
– Preparing adjusting entries and ensuring accuracy of financial records
– Assisting with the year-end audit and working closely with external auditors
– Supporting the Controller with various financial reporting and analysis tasksWhat We’re Looking For:– DEC, DEP, Certificate or BAC in accounting
– 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role
– Proficient in Microsoft Excel
