What will you be doing!

  • Providing subject matter guidance and support to Supply Chain and Business stakeholders, team, subject matter experts, suppliers, and contractors
  • Providing input to Supply Chain, Delivery & Operations in the development of processes and delivery execution for Supply Chain procurement and Contracting Services, business areas, stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders (both internally and externally) to driving the overall program
  • Assisting in the use of technology tools to support the Supply Chain, Delivery & Operations function and Business stakeholders
  • Providing assistance in establishing a strong analytics, reporting, and executive-level dashboard in support of Supply Chain on behalf of the Business stakeholders
  • Providing guidance, coaching, and support to internal clients regarding tools usage
  • Collaborating with Supply Chain Procurement Services and Contracting Services in cultivating and implementing coaching and training plans for their teams nationally
  • Providing input to improving current processes and coordinating organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
  • Resolving issues in a timely manner escalated by managers, business partners, or others
  • Escalating issues when requiring input and resolution
  • Assisting in testing tools and processes in the Supply Chain toolkits
  • Assisting in any general maintenance of the system as required
  • Assisting in the maintenance of any document reference system/structure that may be used
  • Supporting communications to management and users about upcoming updates, system training
  • Reviewing new contract structures to be loaded into the CRM (Aveva) system and completing the verification process
  • Developing and coordinating training sessions required to onboard new employees/users to the system
  • Assisting in the creation/verification/onboarding of a supplier or contractor
  • Developing and coordinating/scheduling any required training
  • Supporting supplier or contractor related to any CRM (Aveva) system inquiries/issues/concerns

What we are looking for:

  • A University or College Degree in Business Management, Commerce, Economics and/or technology related education program
  • 2-5 years experience in administration business principles and/or management system elements
  • 2-5 years training in technology related tools
  • 2-5 years formal training and experience is required
  • Experience in CRM tools (e.g. Aveva CRM)
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Contract Administration functions
  • Experience in implementing and monitoring technology tools solutions
  • Experience implementing and monitoring operational improvements resulting in more efficient and effective processes, procedures and plans
  • Experience using interpersonal skills to effectively explain, negotiate, persuade and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with all levels of personnel, both internal and external to the Company
  • Experience in supporting the development and delivery of training plans
  • Experience in developing and executing analytics analysis, reports, executive dashboards
  • Demonstrated experience identifying, troubleshooting, and escalating issues effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and motivate user groups
  • Must be able to work independently on multiple projects, establish priorities in order to meet conflicting deadlines, and to resolve conflicts promptly
  • Possesses excellent skills pertaining to attention to detail, written and oral communication, time management, coordination, planning, organization, problem solving, analysis, research, reporting, customer service, and leadership
  • Proven ability to develop and support business and supplier relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to provide valued input in the development of strategies that are sensitive to the various needs of multiple stakeholders and partners, reflecting the direction of Supply Chain Contract Management
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with critical thinking & decision-making, ability to express confidently to internal and external audiences
  • Good business judgement with the ability to make decisions under pressure related to tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication ability
  • Good knowledge level and execution in support of process and procedures
  • Knowledge and experience in Business analytic tools, Data Analysis and Power BI
  • Possesses strong computer skills, and knowledge of MS Office Suite programs (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good working knowledge of Contract Risk Management applications (e.g. AVEVA CRM Contract Management Tool)
  • Working knowledge of the construction industry and associated terminology

Security clearance eligibility required: Reliability Status with Site Access Security Clearance (SASC), which has a minimum requirement of 3 years of verifiable history in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United States and/or the United Kingdom.

Location:

CNL works with employees across Canada to enable a remote workforce where possible. Our Work from Home employees are provided with the equipment required to be successful: laptop, monitor, external etc. Of course, we always love a visit to site when possible!
