Certifications / Education required

University degree or equivalent.
Knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic programming language and statistical packages is an asset.
Excellent computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel / Access / Word / Powerpoint).
Excellent command of English and Fluent in Arabic.

Professional experience required

Typically, 3–5 years overall professional experience.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar field.
Previous experience with databases and data management (specialized software).
Ability to interact effectively with data users, managers and other stakeholders.
