Innovation is our driving force, propelling us into the future of aviation.Join us and be a part of a team that lives and breathes these values every day!SummaryThe Project Manager’s mandate is to serve the company’s strategic vision and deliver critical projects by contributing directly to Client Experience and Operational Excellence – for and throughout the organization.Reporting to the Director of Programs, the project manager role will work most closely with cross-functional stakeholders, subject matter experts, and the leadership team, to drive projects across planning, operations, and delivery processes leveraging professional oversight, expertise and experience.As a primary custodian of the organization’s Project Management Information System, the Project Manager must diligently document, track, measure, and communicate project updates, details, dates, deadlines, and KPIs to successful completion of projects.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand SOW requirements, assumptions, constraints of projects, and programDevelop Project Management Plan identifying all key project milestonesSetup ERP for tracking of project tasks, labour, and material costs as requiredEstablish project tasking system to ensure project deliverables are being measuredLead Project Kick Off Meetings to ensure all cross functional teams know their roleIdentify Project risks and exposure, plan for contingenciesLead Client Kick Off Meeting utilizing the developed Project Management PlanMonitor the Project Scope per original SOW / ContractAttain client approval for all change requests / scope creepMonitor cross functional teams task completion per the Project Management PlanManage risks exposure and contingency plans as requiredMeasure project costs, schedule performance, and key milestones completionMaintain and manage an issue log; capturing lessons learnedLead stakeholder relationships and client communicationsRequirementsUndergraduate Degree2-3 years of experience in managing complex projects, programs and assetsGeneral management skills across product, supply planning, sales, marketing, logistics, warehousing, human resources, and accounting domainsExperience managing constraints: scope, schedule, cost, and qualityStrong interpersonal skills: emotional intelligence, motivation, communication, influence, leadership, negotiationExcellent analytical problem-solving skills, with sharp attention to detailNimble and willing to take initiative with prevailing positive attitude & adaptabilityOur careers culture is fueled by innovation, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.
