Summary of Requirements

The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe seeks proposals from qualified Bidders for the Supply and delivery of IT and interpretation equipment for upgrading the infrastructure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, and provision of associated services for the integration and technical support in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions stipulated herein.
