Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.

- Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM, ERP, or workforce management systems is an advantage.
